Greetings all,

Can one instance of Caliente handle two ChicoPlus boards (i.e., in the same application), or do I need to create two applications in order to collect data from two ChicoPlus boards?

Many thanks for the help.

For a dual board system you only need one Caliente in a single application. If you run 2 applications each application will have its own Caliente. If the two boards are running different base speeds keep all the data paths separate. Use separate block input/output calls and separate generic buffers. Use separate loggers for each baseboard.
You need 2 baseboards with one Caliente. In your reservemem.exe set this for 2 baseboards. Set the BM region of 2048 this will be set each card for 2048. The Rsv reserve mem should be more at least 4096, this could be more for better buffering.
